Shipping Terms
Orders are dispatched directly from my studio (France) within one week.
If you are in Europe, please allow 5 to 7 working days for delivery from date of shipment. For deliveries outside the European Union, 5 to 14 working days.
Packaging
Original artworks are packed flat to protect the texture and wrapped carefully for shipping.
Postage
Free shipping.
Import duties
Please note that local charges like customs duty may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customers own expense.
Original art
Original artworks are unique pieces of art, signed, titled and dated. It makes you the collector of an art piece, and its protector through time.
Copyright
When you purchase an artwork, you become the owner of the physical piece. The copyright remains with Elodie Bachelier. You may not rework, use or reproduce the image without written consent of Elodie Bachelier.
Return policy
If you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return the artwork in their original condition and packaging within 14 days. The buyer must assume the cost of the return postage.
Please inform me before returning any items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and provide me with a tracking number. I will make a refund of eligible returns after receiving and checking the condition of the returned good. If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the package 'returned goods', to avoid any Customs charges. I am not responsible for any return Customs charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.
Transport damage
If the product has not arrived or you, upon receiving, notice that the item has been damaged during transport, you should immediately report this to me.
